The User will be responsible for the shipping costs since it will depend on the delivery destination.
“Joyful Objects, Yes! ” assumes the responsibility of properly packing and ensuring that the piece is in safe conditions so as not to receive any damage during shipment.
“Joyful Objects, Yes! ” will contact the User@ to inform the shipping costs and the final price, with the details and the breakdown.
Joyful Objects, Yes! ” will provide the shipping guide, the estimated time will depend on the delivery destination.
Receipt confirmation
The User acknowledges, accepts and agrees to waive any right he may have against "The Company" or its representatives, for any conflict or controversy that may arise for this reason.
Establish delivery and claim conditions so that in the event that the part:
I. Does not arrive in the estimated time with the user due to a breach of the parcel provider which will depend on the final destination.
II. The piece arrives damaged due to poor packaging.
III. That the part is not correct.
For this, the collector will have (3) calendar days to initiate a claim.
With the "Authorization" of these "Terms and Conditions", the "User" declares to know and have received the necessary information and to his complete satisfaction regarding the policies, terms and conditions of the "Services" marketed by "Joyful Objects, Yes ! ” .
PAYMENT METHODS. The way in which you must make your payment is by direct debit to a debit credit account, PayPal and Transfer
TAXES. As established by current tax regulations, “Joyful Objects, Yes! ” will send by email previously registered by the “Service Provider”, the tax receipt of the contracting of any of the platform plans.
